Guyyys!!

Thank to God :)

I did another test today

the reference range is from 60 μmol/liter to 115 μmol/liter

mine is 115.2 μmol/liter which made me happy!! I'm so happy with my result

Also the doctor said that is due to the high protein diet and the whey protein that I took when I was going to the gym!!!

Should I be doing Biopsy test to be sure that I don't have CKD 100%? (another doctor said you have to do it to be sure)???

what do you think guys???

She said you don't have renal failure or anything??!!!

I did the test while I was hydrated well also.. she said test again and everything will be fine...

How do I know that I didn't do any injuries to my kidneys?

I did ultrasound and everything seems fine also no kidney stones or anything?

Any advice or opinions will be appreciated.. ♥️

First, wonderful news on your recent lab results!

Second, my nephrologist has said numerous times that they generally don’t do biopsies unless they believe the biopsy is truly needed; it’s an invasive procedure. Instead, he relies on regular lab results to monitor my renal function. He diagnosed my CKD based on lab results, no biopsy. He ultimately decided to do a biopsy only because my data was atypical.

So, if I was in your situation I’d ask how frequently the nephrologist thinks i need labs run. I’d also share my concerns with my nephrologist; he or she might decide to run labs a little more frequently for my peace of mind.

In the meantime I’d keep drinking plenty of water and doing what you’ve been doing with protein intake on a daily basis. Also eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. In short, eat a healthy diet along with drinking plenty of water. Then get on with life while keeping an eye on my renal function with labs run as frequently as my nephrologist prescribes🐶
