Has anyone with IgA Nephropathy experienced heart palpitations related to the disease or not?

Hi everyone! New here!

I am 22 with IgA Nephropathy and since I was younger I had experienced some type of fast heart palpitations that have only lasted for a couple seconds. I had seen a cardiologist as a child who chalked it up to just adrenaline. Recently, I have been noticing them more and my PCP doesnt seem to think anything of them. Just wondering if anyone has experienced them. I take enalapril maleate and atorvastatin but I dont think it is a side effect.

Only when my potassium was low did I get palpitations.
