I am 76 years old and was diagnosed with CKD stage 3b over 1 year ago.. I am on diet and exercise regimen, and hope to stay away from dialysis as along as can. So far levels of GFR and Creatinine and BUN have stabilized

Sounds good that you've stabilized. I'm trying to do the same at Stage 4.

I think you will be able to. It is a dedication to oneself to keep up the regimen. One does not realize how much kidneys do until you get CKD. I believe it does effect directly or indirectly your levels such as vitamin d, rbc, etc.

Not what you're looking for?
