Hello, that looks great! so far in terms of fancy ingredients I’ve bought Psyllium husks but I don’t have Xanthum gum... would those work as a substitute?

Someone in the comment section does say you can substitute with Psyllium husks. I have no idea though, sorry 😕

Hello, so I finally made the HK naans today. I used desiccated coconut instead of coconut flour, Plus instead of frying I baked in oven (400/220). It was a bit chewy and more like paratha than naan, but after nearly 21 days no bread I did enjoy 😉

Awesome - I've tried a couple of keto tortilla recipes but they simply didn't work as advertised. I'll attempt the one in the video!
