Made this for the first time tonight and it was very tasty so thought I would share a picture with you all, would definitely make it again

See recipe below

Ingredients

1 chicken breast fillet

Passata

1 mushroom

1 slice of bacon (chopped)

2 Jalapeno(chopped)

Sliced black olive

Chopped yellow Pepper

Cheese

Method

Butterfly chicken and cook in oven 200 if normal,180 if fan assisted(I done mine in the George forman grill for quickness)

Once cooked, take out of oven and stick a knife in it to make sure it is cooked properly.

Add passata to cooked chicken then add toppings(you can put anything that you want on it) and stick back in oven for 10 minutes, serve with any side you like.

Then Enjoy 😊

Glad you enjoyed it.

If you were in an Australian pub, that would be called chicken parm(igiana), except there the chicken would usually be breaded.

I must follow your example πŸ˜‹
