Where to start
First of all, Tilliemint, have you logged onto the full website page, using your browser, or are you using the app, or trying to reply via email messages?
My advice, to make things simple:
Go to your settings (click on your avatar, top right of your screen) and uncheck all the email alerts, which will just be confusing and will fill up your inbox in next to no time.
If you're using the HU app, delete it and log onto the website using your browser. The App doesn't give you full access to the forum and will also make navigation difficult. healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
When someone replies to a post of yours, the bell at the top of your screen will turn red. If you click on it, you'll get a dropdown of all likes, replies and mentions you've received. If you click on a reply, you will automatically be taken to it, then all you have to do, is click on Reply, beneath their reply and type your message, then reply.
When people leave you a link, it will show as blue. All you have to do, is click on it to be taken to the place it's for.
I hope this makes sense to you and simplifies things.

If you listen to what people say in the meetings, if you have a bad week, draw a line under it. I am a Target member, maybe I should lose more but I have lost 2st in 9 months. As I am 71 I did not want to get skinny and old looking (haggard) so I stopped at 15st 10lbs. Good luck to you and persevere, if you think you are eating too much try S.P. for a week, that will help.
