Hi all, today I have missed my plan to stick to one meal a day.
For lunch I had assorted salads, humous, Alumi, lentils, coleslaw, and two small bit of pitta.
And for dinner I had some cold chicken, steamed leeks and a cheese sauce and a small salted caramel cheese cake in one of those little ramikins.
That’s a lot more than I usually have. I was meeting a friend for lunch, though.
