Hello and welcome back.

It's a while since you were here so I will give you a link to the Newbie pack, to help you find your way around healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and find you a Restart badge.

My tip would be to make the most of what the Forum has to offer. I don't mean posting but coming here regularly, reading posts, joining in chats and supporting others, joining a weigh in and using the Daily Diary to help with your meal planning, getting involved with challenges. Being part of a community, supporting others and being supported in return, can give you such a boost.

Finally, a reminder about security: if you don't lock a post, it means means that it, and any replies, can be shared around the Internet by Twitter, Facebook etc (see the logos below your post); for this reason, some members are unwilling to reply to unlocked posts.

Hoping to see you active around the Forum :)

It’s good you are back and want to lose weight, you know what you want to lose. With the support from everyone here you can do it, everyone is so friendly and supportive. Instead of going on a diet why don’t you try to make changes to the food you are eating. How about saying to yourself, ‘I am not going to eat biscuits any more’, they are empty calories and you can live without them. Once you have done that try another food such as chips. Don’t make the mistake of an alternative as I think you are not giving anything up just replacing one food for another. Good luck.
