Hi all, i'm Mem and i've joined this forum yesterday. I am 24 and i enjoy exercising, i exercise most time on average 5 days a week but my biggest issuse is portion control so i struggle to lose weight only can maintain it. My waist is 28 inches and i when i pinch it there's a handful of fat which i seem to can't get rid of no matter how much i try, i weigh 160 and my height is 5ft 10 and i know this is a healthy weight but when i look at myself in the mirror everyday and my tummy sticking out it doesn't look healthy to me. Lost 2 pounds last week but put it back on this week. Any advise?
