First anniversary - 3 stone gone!

Thrilled that today I have registered 11stone 12 lbs, exactly one year to the day since a friend and I challenged ourselves (again! )to some Serious Weight Loss. She has fallen by the wayside (again) but I have plodded along with your help. Nothing dramatic, never more than 1 lb a week, often less, but am now in my comfort zone for eating. Just wanted to say a big 'thank you' all for being there and to say to others that it IS do - able! Probably another 2 stone to go, but no rush within the next year. (And please may I have a 3 stone badge now?)! Thanks!

Well done! Brilliant achievement, and because you've taken the weight off gradually it's much more likely to stay off. It's an inspiration to me that I too can get and keep the weight off long term - so thanks!

I think it's admirable that you've taken and stuck to the slow but sure approach, some people prefer a quick fix but personally I believe you've called it right, there's no quick fix that stands the test of time so well done you.
