i feel fantastic today as i haven't been power waking all week and have been recovering for 3 days in a row. i guess watching what i eat and doing a ruff estimate of calorie intake has helped a lot.
bear in mind that i only need to loose 0.5kg a week to loose 1/3rd my body weight by the end of 2018 is going well but as i get slimmer i will have to knuckle down on some serious exercise down the line when i hit 80-85kg or maybe sooner.
i will be doing a lot of digging today in the garden and working on building the wall to support the earth for my veggie patch.
for the record i am still not drinking alcoholic drinks in which i believe have helped alot in my weigh loss. (1st September i stopped) i still wonder what i weighed on that day but i am taking the weight loss much more seriously with regards to this website and general eating and living
2.5kg off and feeling great.
i realy hope my followers are taking the weigh loss seriously like i am and i hope i can motivate others to do the same and get off their bums and get out even if its cold or raining. i know it can be hard some times and it was hard for me having my injury this week but my weigh in proves that watching what you eat helps just as much a exercise. but remember both of them come hand in hand so work with both .
