You need support and realising this is major.

Mentally you need to be accountable to someone or something. This is why things like weight watchers and others like them work. For example when weigh day is approaching you need to feel that you do not want to let yourself and your support down. This is Massive moving forward so find what works for you if it’s this forums weigh day then good luck. You can dot his but take small steps and set yourself little goals.😀
