Wanting to be healthy!

HI All, just wanted to say good afternoon and hope you are all well? I have joined your group as I need to do something about my weight. I am fed up feeling tired out and exhausted carrying this body around. I have planned a holiday next May and want to loose some weight so that i can enjoy myself without being tired and sweaty. Here goes.........
