Hi all im a newby in recent years have gained 2 stone that i really dont want. Have got in to some unhealthy eating habits and not been the gym in ages - sounds familier i bet. Made a decision that if i am going to lose weight want to do it the healthy way. So have printed off the 12 week plan and have checked out some classes at the gym. Im aiming for 1lb a week weightloss which i think is realistic. Going to be hard but not banning any food just going to be more calorie aware and save the money i would have spent on snacks on something non food related. Hoping i can be of support to others on here but also hoping the encouragement of others will go a long way too.
