Good Morning all you super people, I went for a new bra fitting yesterday and have dropped two sizes so losing at just 2 lbs or 1 lb a week is really good and works without you knowing it, I didn't take measurements (yes! I know you recommend it) but I go solely by weight loss, and it is soo worth it to get a surprise like that, it's no wonder I kept slipping out of my old bra,s and I have bought sexy ones, not the crane lifters I usually wear !!! have a good day everyone out there.

Well done, you are losing a good amount per week. It's best to have it come off slowly, (the body fat not the bra) 😀 have you got much more to lose?

Thks for your reply YES I would dearly love to lose a further 5 st that's my goal. I have lost 6 st about umpteen years ago and it stayed off for 10 yrs which I do not consider a bad innings ! hoping to do the same again and to be honest I am enjoying this healthy eating and already feeling tons better for it x
