Just been for my first run in my new good sports bra and oh my god its awesome! Barely any movement and I'm an E cup so that is impressive. It is definitely a worthwhile investment and makes running a more pleasant experience.
Just need some belly support now hehe (or to do some more sit ups)
Ooh!! Very interested in where it was from! Being a lady of similar proportions to yourself I struggle to find one that keeps everything in check!!!
Its a Shock Absorber Run bra ... a biy of an affair with two clips round the back. I also got one from their D+ range which I'll try out and report back on later in the week.
Wow that's great, where's it from?! I'm a FF and wear my normal bra underneath my sports bra when I do sport (which is not that often!) but maybe if I can get the right sports bra id feel more comfortable exercising!
I can highly recommend less bounce sport bras they are expensive but worth every penny. I'm a 36GG and find a bra was a nightmare but I now wear panache sport bra everyday
