Ok so this time I'm going to try and lose some weight and stick to my diet. I have a stressful job and come home to comfort myself with wine and fattening food far too often . I just got a fit bit, have averaged 10000 steps a day in the week since I got it...been off work , not lost any weight though. I weigh just under 12 stone and want to get to 11 where I know I will look and feel so much better. Plus my daughter is getting married next year and i don't want to be fat in the pics. So let's hope I can do it. I know it's up to me!
