I think the threat of the weight gain police must have worked lol! Do you remember those times??? Yep, still a Desigual addict but being. Size 12 now I fit into it all (except length wise!) Too darn short.

Things are improved here too. I changed my work/life/study routine around and now I'm a lot less stressed, and I also joined a running club - running is going really well! Still can't quite coax my bmi to stay below 25 but I'm wearing a size 10 dress today and feeling slim and super healthy

Hey size 10 diva!

But it's not all about BMI is it. My BMI tells me I'm still overweight but sod that....My body fat tells me I have the body of an athlete. Now that I'm happy with!

I tried running and can go a few k, but to be honest I don't enjoy it. I love core work though so settle with that, cardio and upper body weights.

WOW that is amazing - if I hadn't seen your before pic I would not have realised it was the same person - you must be so proud of yourself you look fantastic and younger too (hope that comment doesn't offend you as it is meant as a compliment )

Thank you for your very kind comments. No I don't find that offensive in the slightest, in fact, for a 64 year old, I feel indeed complimented!

Thanks Candystripe I am 1lb looming away from the stone, but due to being on holiday this week I am sure I will fail yet again - that 1 stone badge is tormenting me and if moreless polishes it any more there won't be a 1 stone badge to give me lol

Yes indeed enjoying life and maintaining at the mo rather than anything else.

Yes indeed we have supported each other through the good times and the bad. Couldn't have done it without this forum that's for sure.

Now looking forward to a few days up in Edinburgh and then a two week anniversary cruise with my husband who is now back in the UK for good. Just loving living life together again.
