Just joined today as I've gotten to a point where my weight has plateaued and I'm desperately trying to get under 90kg (85 if possible!) before August 10th. I started off at 112.8kg last August and I'm currently stuck at 92.8kg. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week for 30 min classes and I'm calorie counting.
Anyone have any additional ideas to help me lose those pesky 8kgs?
