Good evening all. My name is Shirley and I live in Dorset. I started this 12 week plan yesterday after losing and putting on the same half a stone. I did WW about 8 years ago and lost 4 stone, but I have put 3 back on. I need the discipline of writing things down, and keeping count, so hopefully this will work.
So - my starting weight is 14st 2lbs and my BMI is 27.5, and my waist is 34". Looking forward to these fingers going down slowly!!
