I joined as I need to loose at least a stone, I suffer with ill health which makes activity difficult so I need pushing a bit. I'm going to just read and learn the site for a couple of days. I suffer from ill health which is incapacitating a lot of the time. I figure that means I need to eat less calories than a lot of people. So I have to learn the site so that I know where to start. Sadly I'm enthusiastic about things initially but then I flag , a sort of attention deficit disorder my gp says. I have several hobbies although my favourite, cross stitch, is becoming impossible. My eye sight falling plus finger movement problems. Today I woke with what I think might be the early symptoms of gout and that is what has triggered my search for diet options, I eat the wrong foods and I know it. I also know that weight loss will probably help with my other conditions, so here goes, over today and tomorrow I'll learn the site and work out what I need to do, starting Monday.
