Hello, I've just joined up and weighed myself this morning. I seen someone on my Facebook feed who has lost weight with this plan and she is looking amazing so as nothing else has helped me lose the 10st I need to I thought I would give this a really good go. AMAZED that the BMI thingy says I should be eating 2038kcal - 2680kcal a day as everything else is normally at least 500kcal less than that, so I'm excited to see how this works. Going to go and make myself a list of targets to achieve for this short week (water ect).

    Take a look at the Pinned posts section to the right of your screen (bottom if you're using a mobile), read the Welcome Newbie thread, then move through to the challenges, where we hope you'll find at least one that will appeal to you.

    Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news.

    Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate.

    We run daily weigh-in's and you'd be very welcome to join us. The threads can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom on a mobile.

    Be advised, that the HU app doesn't give you access to all of our important features, so we advise that you use the full website page.

    We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too.

    As you've entioned that you need to lose 10st then the calories suggested by the BMI calculator sounds about right.

    I used the plan as my lifestyle bible and followed everything it mentions (even down to always eating from a small plate etc etc...) and it has helped me turn my life around.

    Just finished 12 week and lost 3 Stone. Now started again to finish off the Job. Only 2 LB to reach my Target of 10st 10lb. Yes it does work with Exercise and Diet. But watch the Cals and the Portion size and you will Win. So good Luck.

    I see what you say 2038_2680 a Day. But to lost 10st you need to be low than that or it will take years. You need to try and do Exercise and watch the Cals and Watch the Portion Size. I would think you need to be around 1800- 1900.

    And don't Forget you will have bad days and Good. So come on Lets DO IT.
