This is my first ever post for anything!!!! Daunted and excited!!!
Anyway am newbie whose weight is ever creeping upwards and am petrified that the allure of all the lovely chocolate over Easter is going to send me not only into sugar high/overdose but ultimately the bathroom scales are going to go into meltdown.
Am a martyr to the cause of dieting. I know what I should and shouldn't be doing but just can't stick to any kind of plan due to lack of willpower.
Any useful suggestions to get me through Easter period first then I'll concentrate on tackling long term weight loss?
