So my wife and I have decided to try and lose weight together (again). I previously have done slimming world and since getting married have put on a lot of the weight I lost. I just feel so totally bored and demoralised with slimming world! So we have both decided to try this. For the past few weeks I've upped my exercise majorly so I'm hoping this will help in my quest to lose weight. It's good to know there's a community here too.

We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.
