New challenge!

Hi all!

I'm feeling pretty pleased. I've lot 7lbs since Christmas. I would have liked to have done a lot better but trying to be positive. I received some sad news at the beginning of March which meant I had a little blip but I'm ready to start again now.

I want to lose 8lbs by May 10th - one month from now. This isn't going to be the end of my weight loss journey (I'll have another 10lbs to lose after that) but I feel for me small and manageable challenges are the way to go!!

I'll keep you updated on how I get on!
