I don't know what iv don wrong but I have gained 5lb so not happy.

Woke this morning to bad stomach bloated and sorry to share constipation. Think a cold is on its way also as a sore throat which I'm contributing to getting soaked Tuesday. I still weighed myself the the picture speaks for itself.

I wont be defeated I will win.

It's a bump in the road Hidden . I think having a cold makes us weigh heavier and constipation certainly does. Get rid of that (prunes - Californian are best) and not only will you feel better, you may weigh less too. Be kind to yourself, I hope the cold doesn't get the better of you. Try and get out and enjoy the sunshine with your beautiful dogβ˜€οΈ

Hi, Dread. Don't feel bad. You said that you felt bloated and feel ill. Keep going. I predict a loss next week when your body has sorted itself out. Hopefully the weather will be good next week for the walking.

I agree πŸ˜• If you've stuck to plan then you will be burning fat, you can gain many pounds with inflammation, illness or poor digestive transit.

Lots of fruit for vitamins, especially pineapple for your throat, and prunes for your constipation.

Good luck 😊

Great positive response to the weight gain.

If you've definitely kept to the same regime that has seen you lose so much weight, then this is just a temporary set back caused by being under the weather (ill). I'm guessing that you're going to see a big drop as soon as you start to get better again.

You will win :)

Thank you as always everyone, your all great influences and inspirational to myself.

😁

A bad week put it behind you & keep focused on the week ahead, you got this Hidden & yes you will winπŸ˜€

Hope you feel better soon Hidden Determination is fit and well even if the rest of you isn't at the moment! (That was heading a bit Yoda-like there "Determination strong in you is...") Anyway - keep going!

Drinking lots of water is good for both the constipation and the cold. Hot water with slices of lemon and spoons of honey is far better for a cold than over the counter meds. Taste better too! Hope you feel better soon.

Fresh minced ginger will ease the bloating, use a teaspoon ( you can use frozen) in boiling water, move your stomach ( tummy button ) in a clockwork motion, which will help! You will feel a bit better , take care

I too found constipation a problem last weekend so I stepped up my Fibre input and have had no problem this week. What goes in has to come out but ensure you drink plenty of water to help it. Dont be disheartned You will get a result next week if you keep on track.

Keep at it Hidden . Weight is such a variable. One day last week the scales insisted I had put on three pounds, changed their mind the next day. So whilst i do weigh myself, almost daily, I am more interested in how clothes fit.

Cup of sage tea can often help to stave off a sore throat/cold.

Keep well
