Hey guys I’m pugdaft87 as the name suggests I have two pugs and they’re my fur baby’s 🐾🐶🥰 they keep me sane lol 😂most of the time , so The reason I joined this community is I need accountability and people who completely understand the struggles also no judgemental peeps please I’ve enough of that already lol 😂 most of all ,basically a kick up the arse when needed which is NOW !!!! I’ve hit my usual half way point lost my motivation getting close to Xmas and it’s so easy to fall off the wagon I just need to remember why I started in the first place as it’s at the point where I could settle and tell myself 6 stone down be happy but I’m not happy at this weight and i have to find a way to keep going for me my family kids hubby health puggies , so any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you for reading this far 💖🐾🐶

You have joined the wrong Forum if you are looking for people to be judgmental - just not our style here - because we have all come here looking to be healthier and less weighty, and sometimes it is difficult to keep going, and we need support and sometimes we are finding it not so difficult and can help keep other people going.
I am going to tag you into the Welcome Newbies post where you will find lots of helpful information and guides on how to find your way around everything here. The best advice is to keep coming here, chatting, joining in, supporting and being supported - make it regular and people will help you and yo can help in return.

Totally get where you are at - half way point you have achieved so much and now thinking arrghhh this is enough... Nope! It is not - you set yourself a target, and you really can do this. You have reached 50% already which is amazing - keep going, keep talking to us and say you slow down - thats fine just keep the weight loss coming off, even if it is a small amount keep it going in the same direction - DOWN! You really can do this as you have proved to yourself already. x
