Bad weekend Fresh start

Been away for 3 days ..Sons new house ..helping plan wedding .Cheering 2 sons and Hubby on in a Run at sunny bournmouth .Ended up with a chinese take away and a few snacks that wasnt really on my plan .Homeward bound today ..Back to my plan.weigh in tues am to check the damage and hopefully back for next mondays weigh in day as usual
