Hi, i am a Newbie - day 2 and i learning alot. Thought i was pretty nifty on calorie counting, but obviously not! understanding now i why i keep putting on weight, even though i exercise. Today i made up one of the recipes from the 'easy meals' site. it was lovely. i have always cooked everything from scratch but not counted the calories (at all!) i have got organised and picked 5 more recipes and got the ingredients. my portion sizes have gone way out there! so thats something to tackle this week. I have felt quite hungry today! trying to stave it off with a herb tea!!I have 18 pounds to lose. A big hats off to all the people with more to lose. keep up the good work everyone.
