So weekend was a little mad so still not had a chance to read the 12week diet plan as yet. But healthy eating starts today! Begrudgingly weighed myself this morning and I stand at a staggering 18st1lb. I'm 5ft6 and wearing a dress size 18/20. Would love to be comfortable in a size 14. I've got lots of fruit to graze on through the day.
Also I attempted a beginners zumba dvd on Sunday morning, it's flipping hard work, but my 2year old had a fantastic time joining in and had me in stitches throughout. If she continues to be so delightful I may have a zumba partner. No reason to not do it!
