scales are evil !.... use a tape measure and how your clothes feel as better indicators.. your body needs time to adjust and when you start a weight lose program you always lose well in the 1st week... 1-2lbs is what you should be aiming for.... my weight is always up and down so i actually aim for 6-7lbs per month which helps me more rather than weekly scale readings. stick to 1 plan for at least 12 weeks rather than swaping to give your body a chance to know what to expect and im sure you will start to see results x

I know all there is to losing gaining weight be at it 29 long years

Week 1 is water

I lose slow as yoyoing so I'm lucky if I get 1lbs a week

I'm glad I kept off 3 stone as its demoralising keep having to lose the same weight again and again

I must just get in my head even if it's slow it's off I want to go back to the gym to concentrate mainly in weights as my age and it's now tesearched carrying some muscle is good for us so as we age that's my goal

Thankyou guys
