Calorie counting

So I'm totally useless at countin calories as I forget to log them at the time then forget all together, anyone else have this trouble?

I used to be before using MyFitness pal which I log in at the end of the day, I've stored meals I repeat which helps, and it remembers recent food too so you can just amend the amount you have eaten.

Perhaps setting a daily reminder alarm on your phone or computer etc might help?

Try planning and calorie counting your meals the night before. I do mine first thing in the morning over a cuppa, but I work at home afternoons and evenings, so I know I have it a lot easier. I don't really like cooking, so I buy frozen fish, chicken meals etc, which all have the calories on them.

Oh I didn't think if doing that, yes I think that will help a lot. That way I Can see what I'm allowed to eat, and once you do it a couple of time you will know how many calories. Thank you this is very helpful

I use my fitness pal. Just forget every evening to do it. I start it every day then forget by lunchtime. Then don't use my phone all day till evening.

MyFitnessPal is brilliant, also it sent me a message this afternoon to ask if I would like to log my lunch as I had not done it. this is helpful.

I have made an alphabetical list of every item I eat with the calories value. i have also included full meals as well. This helps me doing my adds up. Also I enter my food details twice a day.
