My weekly weight check

I usually weigh myself on Friday, now 10st 1lb so another pound lost and still on track. I am very pleased because although my portions are reduced I am eating well and am not hungry for extra unhealthy snacks. (Not really missing the alcohol too much - :) ). The weather has been okay this week so I have been able to walk everyday and I think this makes the difference because it makes me feel so positive. I use the walking session as time for 'mindfulness ' and self reflection. Highly recommend. Good luck everyone. EJ
