Almost 2 months in and already yo-yo diet

Having started on 1st January, I have already fallen into the trap I always fall into - did relatively well in January to lose 2.3kg and then put a lot of it back on so far in February by losing the plot - eating and drinking too much. Final Feb Weigh-in tomorrow, and I will try harder to make it a good March.

I know this gets said a lot but it's a marathon not a sprint. Well done!

DRS54 dont beat yourself up. There are dozens of people on the forum that will tell you have done that too and nobody thinks any the less of them. We are human and to err is human. You have recognised what you have done and just need to move on.

Write a list of why you want to lose weight. Decide what is important to you. Think about joining the Happiness Challenge, on of the pinned posts. I have been doing it for about 10 days and it seems to really ground me. Have a read through what others have put on there. It is very much about positive thinking and recognising that we all have an amazing amount of goodness within us, if only we choose to look for ir.

Don't ditch the forum, the best support is here.
