Hi to all,
Today I started with a 3km walk and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I provided some enjoyment to the people at the community centre who could not work out what was happening. They must have thought that there was a confused old lady or perhaps a lady not able to make up here mind which way she wanted to go as I was walking up and down the football pitch to make up my 3km. That put a smile on my face:
I was joined by a very happy and excited toddler who thought that I was there especially to keep him company and who then promptly urged me to run and not walk hehehehe Oh what joy! When I left he was still running up and down with mommy now also laughing out loud. We should enjoy life like a toddler!!
I came back and had my 320cal breakfast which consisted of a fruitsalad (100cal) Mayo Egg with some spring onion and peppadews on half a slice of seeded toast( 180cal) and my usual big mug of tea with 100ml skimmed milk (40cal) Ahh so delicious.
The plumber is busy hammering away at some tiles in the bathroom to fix a drainage problem. When the toilet is flushed, it gurgles in the bath, something to do with the air valve??? They started off on the top floor putting a hole through the wall to try and get to it and then moved to the bathroom where they promptly removed some tiles....... problem not solved yet I hope it gets sorted before they have to go through the bottom floor ceiling as well We live in a new built home and it seems that there is a few snags to be fixed still
Let's see what the rest of this beautiful day will hold for me....
