Hello everyone, I've just signed up today and am going to start the NHS 12-Week plan.
I took the BMI test and it was a bit of a shocker, I know that I've gained a lot of weight recently and would need to lose at least 4 stone to be in the healthy weight category (I'm in the obese category at the moment)
I started a diet and exercise plan this time last year and lost 5lbs in January and then gave up and gained the 4 stone I now need to lose!
Any tips for keeping active or any tips in general would be very much appreciated!
