Hi everyone, I'm lucky enough to be going away on holiday over the festive break, so I won't have access to a set of scales. I'm one of those people who weigh themselves every day, I find it really helps me stay focused.
I'm still going to run and make the right food choices, but I'm a bit apprehensive about how I'm going to manage with not knowing how I'm getting on. I'm especially obsessed with the scales right now because I'm only two pounds short of my target weight, and thinking about the change from diet mode to maintaining mode.
I suppose if I'm really desperate to know I could find a chemist that has a set.
I guess I'm not really looking for tips, advice or encouragement really - just admitting publicly that I'm really going to miss my scales!
