So far through working out I have achieved 4 days in a row where I have reached my 10k step target and I must say it's getting easier on my body to achieve
Hope you are all having a successful weekend.. goodluck to all you Monday weighers!

Great stuff 😊 Well done
Love your posts. You've inspired me to add walking to my exercise repetoir 😁 Hoping this will push me along that bit faster to that leaner stronger me. Away on holiday from Thursday but hoping to make my 10k each day at least until then.
Thanks and great work.
Wow, g33kgirl86 I'm impressed what kind of workout are you doing to get your heartrate up to 168 bpm and burn all those calories. When I can't get out running I use our crosstrainer for 42 minutes (which for me is much more difficult than running) and going like a mad woman I can only get my BPM up to 140 and burn 450 calories - I think I need your workout
I use my stepper but step to the beat of the music. It's really hard when Scooter comes on!
Do you use a fitbit or do you use the screen on the crosstrainer to tell you how you are doing?
I use the screen - it has sensors for heart rate but I've not got that beyond 140 - full on (which I can do for about 2 mins) I can get the steps per minute up to 76 else I'm working at around 65. It takes me 42 minutes to do 6K on the trainer while I can run 6K in under 35 minutes. Only resort to the trainer when it's pouring of rain much prefer to be outside running.
I use my Fitbit Charge HR because with my food intake vs my weight, age, sex and height, it can give me a pretty accurate bpm as i have it on my wrist. When i am on my stepper i do 1500 steps approx in 15mins. I fuel up right, and have my phone with the app right next to me so i can see at any given second where i am at and i go harder when i see myself slow to the cardio zone. Also the time frame which you see is constant, i stop to sip then charge on. Pretty intense and sweats like you wouldn't believe. Also i have a lot more to burn being the size that i am.
I'm only stepping at about 1000 steps per 15 mins....I'd be dead if tried to do 100 steps per minute to get to your stepping rate - the resistance on the trainer even using my arms to help is just too much and it's on the lowest setting! 86 minutes on a stepper I'm inclined to hand you out a medal that is some going!
