Big thank you to all the people I don't know who "liked" my first ever post on the Monday weigh in this morning (which was also my first ever post on this site). It was such a nice surprise. I logged on with my phone whilst waiting for the train home. It was very cold, I was tired and chocolate was calling me! The friendly welcome helped me keep the change in my pocket and a few calories off my waist. Makes me optimistic that this group might just be the little push that gets things started for me again. Thank you 🙂

This forum has been the thing that has helped me when loads of other things haven't. I think it's also good because you will have some down days when you are fed up and dying for chocolate (as we all do) but you can still come back here and get back to it without judgement and with encouragement. The things that sent me hurtling off track in the past have been getting easier to overcome. Still not easy, but easier Hang in there!
