Re-starting after going back to old habits

Hi Everyone, I decided enough was enough after putting back on the 2+ stone I lost last year. I had a small op to remove a lump on my leg at the beginning of the year and this turned septic. I wasn't allowed to exercise for over 3 months. So I lost the exercise habit & just ate too much.

I've had enough and as I had so much support here last time I'm back! I started my healthy eating last week so will count that as week 1.

Starting weight 16 st 11.75lbs 😮

So hopefully less wibble wobbling in the coming weeks & months

Hi Cass6 and welcome back to the forum (I wanted to say 'fold' because it feels like we are a huge family together) :D

I'm sorry about your leg problem and hope that you are back to full health now and ready to tackle this. Did you want to join in our Monday weigh in? moreless will be posting the thread in the morning and you would be very welcome. I find it helps me stay accountable each week :)

Here's to less 'wibble wobbling' 👍
