Feeling proud of myself

This is going to sound so lame and minor to some and I get that, however, I'm feeling proud of myself πŸ˜€. I started the 12!week plan on Thursday and so far so good. Weekends are always my downfall as kids and hubby are all home and eating sweets etc. But I've stuck to plan today and even tonight when my hubby got the 'sweet pot' out and both he and my eldest daughter were eating sweets, I said no πŸ˜€ Small things but it's big to me πŸ˜€

Well done πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Well done. If you like popcorn get some skinny popcorn only 100 calories per portion.

Hope that helps.πŸ˜€

Not minor at all, it is all the small victories and the feel good factor that they bring that keep us motivated, so well done you.

Not lame and minor AT ALL! Fantastic to make the decision and start the 12 week plan. And well done for turning down the sweets, that is not easy, but it will get easier as you go along, especially as the weight starts to come off.

If you are anything like me, as you get into the swing of things, you will find that you can incorporate treats into your new healthy way of eating, so sometimes you can say yes...and still lose the weight! So it's all good!

Good for you. It's hard to resist temptations at home when the rest of the family is tucking in. You should be proud of yourself. It's a major victory . Good luckπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Brilliant well done. I too have just got through my first weekend without a binge. It feels so good to know that we can do it, so I understand how proud you are. Here's to another positive week.

Just to add my pennyworth, it's so far from trivial....... it's the things you have to face day in and day out and each time you resist, you're ahead that bit more, 'particularly' psychologically which for the sake of foregoing a few sweets gives you a huge boost as I think you've found...... a big well done from my end of the sofa !
