Week 2 Weigh In

I know - Thursday was an odd day to start a diet but two weeks ago I thought let's get on with it why put it off til Monday - no time like the present

Now two weeks down the line already i've lost 3.75lbs this morning making 8lbs in total 😊😊😊😊😊

Loads of veg, fruit for snacks and some chocolate along the way so I didn't feel deprived

Here's to week 3 - bring it on

    I agree, it's far to easy to keep putting things off and never quite getting to start something. Might as well just start! :)
