So I weighed in yesterday at the gym and it is very good news! In 12 days I have lost 1.5kgs (about 3.5 pounds), lost 1/2 an inch off my waist, and I think more impressively lost 1.2% body fat! That last figure is the one I'm most happy with- I want to have a toned muscular physique more than a figure on a scale. Yesterday I didn't eat anything all day (did a 22 hour liquid fast), then had a whole meal pepperoni and Brie toastie with a bowl of veg soup. Not sure whether I'll be able to work out today, maybe a short run or something, then I'll be making lentil shepherds pie for dins. Happy girl
