Good evening all! I'm new to the forum and looking for some motivation to shift a large amount of weight-about 30kg or so. I've tried lots of Hingis before but always get bored and quit so here's hoping I can keep it up this time ! Look forward to hearing stories from others!

New kid on the block - might have been here before !
Hi Niguy001, I am also new, just joined today and not sure what to expect. I also need to lose about 30kg so maybe we can follow each others progress (hopefully) and encourage each other along. I feel as though this is my last chance and that if I don't make the changes to my lifestyle now it will never happen. After work tomorrow I am going for a brisk walk for about 30 minutes I hope and will try and increase this each week, then some gentle exercise until I feel confident enough to join a gym. OK, Here goes.......

Good to see there are others in the same position ! The first thing I promised myself was that I wouldn't make excuses and that I would find the time to exercise! Just sat down and looked at my work diary for the week and realise that making time is eaiser said than done as I doubly till be in before 8 any evening this week oh well here's hoping something gets cancelled!
