I need to lose 2lb a week for the next 25 weeks. I'm looking for fellow dieters to help me a achieve my goal and help support me weekly. Please add me as a friend so I can return the favour to people with a similar goal. I will be following a healthy eating plan and a busy 4 wkly fitness routine.
I will be posting weekly including photos of my healthy eating recipes and anything that is motivating.

You seem to have everything organised, don't aim for 2lb a week as we all have good and bad weeks just give yourself small weekly goals, slow and steady wins the race.

You've been a member of this forum for quite a while now, so I know you know where everything is, and I'm guessing you're going to be posting separately to the weekly weigh-in group - but at the same time, I do want to let you know that you could join us in the Monday group weigh-in, if it might help.
