Starting over

I'm trying to get back to healthy eating again , was here last year and found it very supportive group and helped me lose some weight and get motivated for exercise. Had an injury which has set me back so I'm hoping to rejoin the Monday weigh ins as found this was really motivating to me and that the group was always very supportive fingers crossed I can get some of my motivation back 😄

Hi Yoyo10,

All of us have tried diets in the past and reverted back to old habits as there are so many things that can happen and with your injury I am guessing that you have been UNABLE to be as active as you were and when you are limited in keeping active food and snacking usually follows.

Don't be to hard on yourself as you have done the right thing by coming back onto the forum and you will soon start seeing results.

Thanks for the kind words, have been much less active for eight weeks now and the old junk food habits have crept back 🙈,, fingers crossed the weekly weigh in helps to motivate me again !

I'm sure it will, once we get on the scales and actually see it there in black and white that our hard work is paying off it always feels so much easier for me as I kno I am getting something in return 😀
