I've done my second run Gareth and I'm delighted with how well it went! I still can't believe I'm doing this! It's amazing!

You're right, it's way too warm to go out now, so enjoy your run tomorrow! I shall also be doing my w2r2 tomorrow as well, but I'll be doing it at the gym on the treadmill all being well. I'm doing 2 outdoor runs and 1 in the gym.

Good evening everyone 😀 just completed wk 2 run 1 .... yey !!! Felt really good considering its still warm and it's 90sec. Also took sniffer. We had a disastrous wk 1 run but tonight he really enjoyed it and ran and more importantly walked when needed. He was even trying to make me run during the cool down walks. Lol 🐕😂 looking forward to run 2 on Friday. Claire x

I went to the gym today and I did my Week 2 Run 2 on the treadmill - I ran for 5km and then walked for 0.3 km to cool down. I achieved a new personal best (PB) - my lack of knowledge of such things lead me to believe that a previous thread entitled 'I've broken my PB' made me think someone had broken their pubic bone - so I am keen to always use the 'long version' followed by the shortened version in brackets...!
Anyway, I am looking foward to Week 2 Run 3, which I'll do over the weekend, all being well.

i've just completed week 4. I can't believe it. I couldn't run for the bus when I started but I'm really loving it. A little anxious about the steep incline as i progress onto week 5... gulp. I'm sure Laura will see me through - I never want to let her down!
