Anyone here have problems working night shifts?
I fully prepared myself ....divided my evening meals ,homemade chicken stir fry into two portions ...did not get to eat it untill 07.30 ..as didn't get time to eat ...
The next two nights I ate junk ...crisps and even had some chocolate ...
Tried to drink plenty ...tried was optimum word !
Felt pretty bloated ...especially hands and feet ...
I am trying to get back on track but I keep wanting snack on something sweet about 2-3 hours after eating .This was especially so last night I had chicken sweet potato and kale for supper last night .porridge for breakfast ..
lunch was small veg sushi from wilkinsons ....
ate two bananas four strawberries and handfull of blueberries ...
Feeling slighty less bloated today so far but feel very dry ....so going o up my water intake again .
Any advice from shift workers gratefully received.
