12 WEEKS Gone

Hi everyone, well on my 12th week I lost 11/2 pounds, so very much on target for June. I have been outside  on the bike mostly on my 12th week. I did 2 days of walking indoors when the weather was bad. Feel great and so do my clothes on me!!  I have another 5 pounds to lose to reach my target, That will bring me down to 11 stone.  However my ideal weight according to the charts should be  91/2  -10 stone eeek! I haven't been that since I was in my 20s, I will be 70 the end of this year.  My B.M.I. has gone down but still not on that healthy bar. Although I do think those kinda test or on an average and not 100% accurate, as we all have different frames, muscles, bones etc. It might well adjust when  I'm down to 11 stone?  Not going to let that  get the better of me. So hopefully maintain my goal and healthy eating. Good luck for this week  everyone.

That's great!  I own a stationary bike, but I haven't had the chance to use it for some time.  Will try and do it, again hopefully this week.

Wow, you're on your 12th week - time flies doesn't it...!?  Great that you're well on target or June, and that you're enjoying your bike rides and your walking too.  Only another 5 pounds to go to your target - that is fantastic! Congratulations!!!

Very well done fruitspangle 😊  It is a wonderful feeling when clothes fit better and we have more energy 😊 

I think it's a good idea to re-assess when you get to 11 stone, I am doing the same when (not if!!) I get to 10 stone. The healthy BMI for my height is 7-9 stone but I don't think like that, I just try to enjoy feeling so much better 😊
