Hi everyone just bought myself a fitbit zip, and I'm really thrilled with it. It counts your calories and your steps and even counts your calories s when your resting. It feels like your own personal trainer it makes you want to do more exercise. Is there anyone out there I could add as friends so that we could compete together to do the challenges.

Thanks Karen

Hi Karen,

Sounds like you're really enjoying your new Fitbit - that's great. I don't have one, so I can't join you, but just wanted to say that I hope you enjoy doing more exercise. Have you thought about joining in the Around the World in 80 Days Challenge that Lizzy is running? That is also very motivating in terms of exercise.

Hope you have a great week.

Lowcal :-)

I have a Garmin Vivofit - I don't think they're compatible.

They are super motivational, aren't they?

Had a look on my fitbit to add friends but I think you need the email account of the person you are adding because I couldn't do it just by putting in your name. I think that's how it works. I'm new to it all.
